As a pneumatic tool specialist in China, FENGLI is mainly engaged in the research, development and production of pneumatic breaker, rock drill and pneumatic drill rod. These air tools are available in a wide range of models, and the annual output value reaches up to 32 million CNY.

We sincerely welcome worldwide clients to pay an on-site visit to our factory, but now, please follow us and have a virtual tour first.

General Introduction

Established 10 years ago, FENGLI now has 60 employees and takes up a piece of 14,000m2 land (including gross floor area of 8000m2).

R&D
We have built up a professional and well-experienced R&D team, and our product R&D is mainly divided into two types: one is independent R&D - design, manufacture and test on our own in a short time to release new products to the market as soon as possible, and the other is assistant R&D - help improve customer's design to meet or exceed original technical requirements.

Production

To ensure the quality of our pneumatic breakers and pneumatic rock drills, we have introduced a number of leading-edge production machines.

There is one 3T forging hammer, one 1T forging hammer as well as one 1600T friction screw press. In particular, the 3T forging hammer is intended for machining up to 42kg work piece, and its processing accuracy is within 2mm.

We have 30 manual lathes, 10 CNC lathes, 10 hydraulic drilling machines and 10 horizontal milling machines at the least, and they are capable of milling, drilling and other treatment.

As for heat treatment, we adopt multipurpose controlled atmosphere furnace which is based on state-of-the-art heat treatment technologies.

Finish machining is very important for pavement breakers and hammer drills. Given this, we have introduced two CNC grinding machines, and their dimensional accuracy is 0.01-0.03mm.

Two assembly lines are set up to assemble components into finished products.
