2. Technical Guidance: If you have some special requirements for pick hammer or jack hammer, we will communicate with our technical staff to work out a proper plan.
3. Model Recommendation: At FENGLI, there are over 20 models of standard products, and bespoke products are also acceptable. To help you out from complicated model selection, we will recommend several cost-effective models according to the usage, working condition, order quantity and other information.
4. Design Drawing: If you are in need of non-standard pick hammer, pneumatic drill or drill rod, we will help design corresponding product drawings for your reference.
5. Reasonable Quotation: Based on the order quantity, we will perform business accounting and offer a reasonable quotation.

Product Delivery
1. Delivery Time: The delivery time is usually 30 days, but it may be extended to 45 days under some special conditions, like when tailored product is ordered or the order quantity is very big. In addition, some specialized staff will track the order during production.
2. Package: Our air tools are often packed in plywood shipping boxes, and neutral packing is adopted. If you have special needs, please negotiate with us.
3. Shipping: Ordered products are transported to the customer-designated port for shipping.
