To achieve this goal, we take a proactive approach to protect the safety and well-being of our staff, making them realize that they are respected and fairly treated. In addition, we also provide an aggressive training program to promote personal development for every employee.
Safety
Employees�� health and safety deserve our special attention all the time. Hence, we provide our employees with necessary tools to ensure safe working, while safety-related training courses are also offered to help them avoid danger when making pneumatic breakers or rock drills. Moreover, we never stop improving current production process to make the entire work flow as safe as possible.
Environment
To better protect the living environment, we introduce metallic byproduct from other industries and recycle residuals generated in our foundry. These efforts are achieved by recycling 95% of the sand used in green sand molding and by re-melting 100% of the excess metal formed in the manufacturing process. For materials that are unable to be reused or recycled, they are mixed into asphalt or other materials for road building and maintenance locally.
On the other hand, our production workshop and office building have large windows where possible, thus offering natural lighting rather than consuming much electricity.
Quality
Quality determines whether an enterprise could survive or not in the competitive market. For us, our pneumatic breaker, rock drill and pneumatic drill rod are all of top-level quality, which has been field proven many times.
